Is this legit or a joke? Because not to sound like a bitch, but about half of those rules kill a majority of AEW's preformers.

only these things are outright banned:

Outright Banned Spots and Moves:

-unprotected chair shots to the head

a no brainer, pun intended

-shots to the back of the head

as in unprotected shots. Adam Cole aint not doing that same finisher etc

-buckle bombs and blind moves backwards into the turnbuckle

this one is the only one people could be meh on,

-fencing responses/seizure sells

reasonable

-spitting

-Bleeding in the crowd, weapons or projectiles in the crowd, taking drinks or food from guests in the crowd, or physical contact with the crowd.

Nah I think it's more just to make the move feel more special and not done in every other mid card match more than even worrying about the safety. Like if you have a match later where MJF is gonna hit his tombstone, maybe don't let someone earlier on the card do one in the middle of the match

I get most of these things, definitely with the fan stuff as someone has said it could have been passed down from WBD.
