I think it's weird you have to keep specifying this though. If you think Ace should have noticed something then Poyser would have to at least seem a little scummy since what Ace caught on last game early was actual scum play though?

But it’s not a trait I really identify with scum poyser. From my perspective, he did it and he happened to be scum, but they’re not related.

However from aces POV, he picked him as scum -because- of what he was doing

Poyser's posts at that point were legitimately just banter/fluff from what I could tell whereas previous game he was subtly egging along Odo's early play without properly investing in it.

I don't really mind Odo getting into that line of thinking though because I understand and appreciate why he would look into it given Poyser's pedestrian start.
