That's a fantasy scenario because I don't think SBG really care to spend that much money, and it would take something serious to draw Cole away from WWE or AEW. I would really like to see some of this top level talent be distributed more evenly between all the companies with TV.

I don't think Cole leaving hurts his chances at all if he manages to build on his reputation in AEW. It only helps, really.

Bobby and Drew both left and made names in Impact and elsewhere and came back to main event WrestleMania against each other.

And by main event I mean wrestle for the WWE Championship. Wasn't on last, but you get what I mean. They did well and came back.

Only difference with those though is that i'd consider Drew and Bobby products of the WWE even if they rebuilt their reps elsewhere

I'm not pulling for it. And you never know. It really depends on if they think Cole is the key.

But they do need to do something to pull them back up to even a fraction of where they where when he left and Elite left.

Cole has got to be with The Elite when he debuts right? It's the easiest way I feel like they could slot him in to the fold like he'd been always there. Plus he gets to work alongside people he has history with.

There's a lot of going on right now, so that is personally what I'd do.

It'd be really cool to see him and Britt in the same company.
