For some reason i could possibly see Del Rio losing his mania title match or someone else will get added to the main event. Sorta like with Mysterio in '06. He won the rumble, lost his title shot and then the match ended up a 3-way. I just cant see Del Rio facing someone one on one for the title in the main event.

Depends on how hard they want to push him but an Edge/Del Rio Main Event isn't exactly far fetched. I can't see them adding another person to the main event.
