Too many hackers and glitchers. Not to mention, the campaign on it sucked. Either Modern Warfare 3 or Black Ops 2 had the best Campaign.. though MW2 was just a continuation, and so is Black Ops 2. In game play wise, those are the two best games.

There's hackers and glitchers on every game. Does that make it a bad game? Nope.

The campaign on CoD4 is what got people into the franchise and made people buy the next one. From their people were just hooked like heroin.. MW3 and BO2 campaigns suck dick. They're all the same now, repeated just in a different manner.
