Good lord can we have some sort of penalty if someone is missing forever without giving notice first ie I'm sleeping, I'm working, etc?

You lose 4 draft positions. Ie if you miss your pick the next four people get to go until you have a chance again. This being only if you don't state a valid reason beforehand.
It's better than the NFL one. I like how they open the night with the first pick and give them an additional 5 minutes to choose.
Why give the jabroni's a clock ticker when they've already had since the end of the season to pick their guy?
But, yeah, this one is better.
