He won his 2nd title from Lance Storm on September 22nd 2000 in Amarillo, Texas. He lost the title back to Storm the next night in Lubbock, Texas.

Hall won the US title from Roddy Piper on February 21st 1999 at SuperBrawl IX. He vacated the title due to injury on the March 18th 1999 Thunder. He won his 2nd US title from Bret Hart on the November 8th 1999 Nitro in a four way Ladder Match also involving Sid Vicious and Goldberg. He lost the title to Chris Benoit by forfeit due to a knee injury on December 19th 1999 at Starrcade.
