Rikishi won the IC title from Chris Benoit on the June 22nd 2000 episode of Smackdown, He lost the title to Val Venis on the July 6th 2000 episode of Smackdown.

D’Lo Brown

D’Lo Brown won the IC title from Jeff Jarrett on the July 26th 1999 Raw his European title was also on the line. He lost the title as well as the European Title back to Jarrett on August 22nd 1999 at SummerSlam.

This is really tough. I was a mark for both guys when they were around and I wish this was a different match-up. Both had nothing IC title reigns, quite a popular thing back then when the titles would switch hand every month. Going for D'Lo Brown for the head shake and because I liked the IC/European title combo.
