Tyler Black won the ROH title from Austin Aries on February 13th 2010 at Eighth Anniversary Show. He lost the title to Roderick Strong in a NO DQ Match at Glory by Honor on September 11th 2010.

Tito Santana

Tito Santana won the ECW title from Don Muraco on August 8th 1993 in Philadelphia, PA. He lost the title to Shane Douglas by Forfeit on September 9th 1993 in Roanoke, VA.

Tito is very underated but due to the shortness of his reign I went with Black who won the title too soon and never really got over as champion.
