Ezekiel Jackson won the ECW title from Christian in an Extreme Rules match on the February 16th 2010 ECW. He retired the title that night when the Brand was discontinued.

Yokozuna

Yokozuna won the WWE title from Bret hart on April 4th 1993 at Wrestlemania. He lost the title to Hulk Hogan that same night. He won the title back on June 13th 1993 at King of The Ring. He lost the title to Bret Hart on March 20th 1994 at Wrestlemania.

Easy vote here, Ezekiel never got to defend his title as it was retired that night so Yokozuna gets my vote.

Big Zeke was robbed cause he could have done big things with that belt. Like carry it around and "defend" it even though ECW was shut down but instead they just said he was the last champion for a little while and even a couple of months after that it was forgotten.

Yoko had an actual reign... the second go around so Yoko.

I didn't even consider the WWECW belt a world title after 06. Hell, it was below the IC title at the end to me. And not to mention, I forgot Zeke was ECW Champ. Yokozuna easily.
