Edge won the US title from Kurt Angle on the November 12th 2001 Raw. He unified the US title with the IC title by defeating Test on November 18th 2001 at Survivor Series.

Steve McMichael

McMichael won the US title from Jeff Jarrett on August 21st 1997 at Clash of The Champions XXXV. He lost the title to Curt Hennig on the September 15th 1997 Nitro.

Even though Edge pretty much did nothing as US champion he did win the IC title whilst champion and I don't rate McMichael at all.

The unification of the two titles by Edge is what makes me vote for him in this one.
