Kane

Kane won the IC title on May 20th 2001 at Judgment Day from Triple H in a chain match. He lost the Title to Albert on the June 28th 2011 episode of Smackdown in a No DQ Match. He won his 2nd IC title on the September 30th 2002 Raw from Chris Jericho. He lost the title to Triple H in a unification match on October 20th 2002 at No Mercy with The World Title also on the line.

Ahmed Johnson

Ahmed Johnson won the IC title on June 23rd 1996 from Goldust at the King of The Ring. He forfeited the title on the August 12th 1996 Raw when he was attacked by Faarooq.

My favourite version of Kane.

He started talking and showed just how good on the mic he was.

Ahmed was terrible.

Ahmed was awful but he gets my vote. He was being packaged as the original "Next Big Thing" and then suffered a real life illness. Kane didn't really need the title, Ahmed did.

I am biased but I have to go with Kane.

Johnson was a terrible wrestler, being IC Champion maybe didn't mean that much to Kane, but the talent he had at the time makes this an easy choice.
