I like Chara but he needs to retire, I really don’t understand what he’s trying to prove. He has a cup, a few Norris trophies, he captained one of the best teams of the 2010s, what else does he have to prove?

Don't really know why he 'needs' to retire? He probably doesn't want to prove anything, he loves playing hockey and probably doesn't want to do anything else. A contending NHL team wants to pay him money to do what he loves. Why not?
