6:42 p.m. — A few of the bigger names have found new homes: Jacob Markstrom (Canucks to Flames), Braden Holtby (Capitals to Canucks) and Henrik Lundqvist (Rangers to Capitals). Alex Pietrangelo, Torey Krug and Taylor Hall still remain available for the right price.

Who's your team, and what are some improvements you want to see?

Defensemen for sure is what my Flyers need going into FA I feel. They were one of the most exciting teams I watched and I know they could score, but damn it was tough to watch them at times failed to hold leads at times.

The Minnesota Wild's offseason has been... wild.

Marco Rossi might be the steal of the draft, Bonino is a solid center, Kahkonen is nearly ready, and Minnesota still gets two First Round Draft Picks next year.

I love what Bill Guerin is bringing to the table right now as far as General Manager goes. He definitely understands what direction he wants to take the team.

Well Holtby has a lot to prove so I’m glad the Canucks didn’t overpay for him like the Flames did. I’d much rather they gave Holtby 4.3 than Markstrom 6

Murray for 4 years, getting us closer to the floor = fantastic. Much better than grabbing spare parts that suck or even worst a dead contract, I'm extremly happy to take a chance on a 2-time stanley cup winner who is still relatively young at his position.

And don't even get me fucking started on draft night I couldn't be happier with our 1st round selections. Gudbransen also a damn solid pickup replacing boro (an upgrade imo as much asi love borocop).

Future looks bright in Ottawa imo

Seconded. Markstrom is kind of an unknown to be honest still from what I've read. He COULD be great for Calgary, sure. But imho, Vancouver is a team trending up, and they let him walk for a reason

I like the Holtby move.

I'm a Penguins fan, they have deep salary cap issues. There is a rumor they might try to get Fleury back.

Greenway is a solid as ever player and having him come back for two more years is great news for us. He's only 23 too, so Minnesota gets to keep one of their key contributors, on the cheap too for $4.2 Million/2-years.

I'm a Penguins fan, they have deep salary cap issues. There is a rumor they might try to get Fleury back.

They should learn from the mistakes the Blackhawks made in the past, going back to past players is usually not a good idea
