Apparently his son was visiting him in TX, and when he went back home, his mom noticed the injuries and took him to the doctor.

Ahh, makes sense.. Idk if I would've necessarily done that if I were the mom.. maybe if the kid had broken bones or something then yeah I could see it or if the kid was really crying about it then again I could see it.. I'm not a believer in hitting your kid but if it influences them to act proper and the damage is VERY minimal and they still love you then sobeit.

Looks like AP caused cuts to his son's leg with a 'switch' by spanking him in the butt, smacking him on the back.. he turned himself in this morning and was deactivated for week 2 already, he may face further punishment by the vikings and NFL

Funny how Greg Hardy is playing because due process (even though he was convicted already and is appealing that) among others who use the "due process" excuse yet AD is going to somehow get suspended right away?

I understand it was MIN's call to deactivate him this week and they could possibly suspend him, but how could the league come down before a trial or anything?

I understand it was MIN's call to deactivate him this week and they could possibly suspend him, but how could the league come down before a trial or anything?

Idk if Greg Hardy will be playing much longer, I see a suspension coming for him as well.. I don't think it will be anywhere near as harsh as Ray Rice's simply because it's more heresay than visible evidence.

I think it was more of a voluntary maneuver by Adrian and the Vikings, the league may see that they are taking care of it immediately and may be a bit more lenient.. I'm interested to see how it plays out, I do really only think he'll serve a 2 game suspension (with this one included) but I could be wrong.

Carolina's D will not be the same from last season, and their secondary is very weak. Megatron/Stafford/Ebron vs weak Secondary=Massive yds

AP is gone,Marshall and Jefferey are possibly gone, and GB is shakin up. If we stay consistent these next couple of games then we could take home these division real early.

People are prisoners of week 1 and Detroit looked great, albeit against a shit team. Cam coming back from injury could have people worried about CAR as well.. He looked pretty shaky w. his accuracy in preseason.

Reading Bill Simmons' article, and he brought up "the CBS Sports crew picks every game against the spread. Last year they all agreed on only 9 games... in those games, they went 0-9. Last week they all agreed on Chicago -7."

This week, they're all agreeing on Cardinals -1.5 over the Giants...
