Keep Lazor as OC and pay Marino some bonus money to work with Tannehill throughout the entire offseason.
Add another good defensive player, a bigger WR and TE as end zone targets in the draft.. and get everyone healthy and keep them remaining healthy.
Hire a new DC who believes in attacking to keep the lead and not playing zone while in the lead in the 4th quarter.
The Dolphins already have a good enough team to make a SB run.
