I'm curious to see what footage they have for Abdullah, apart from his terrible WCW run where he got "electrocuted" in an electric chair. I don't think they have the Stampede footage where he was in his prime, nor his New Japan matches. Probably have some of his time with WCCW when he rearranging Fritz's face.

No Abdullah the Butcher yet but the fourth inductee is Sunny. She was a successful manager in WWE but does she deserve a HOF spot?

Yes Sunny deserves her spot, she was a very successful manager in the 90s. Unlike other valets and women managers she was the only one that really got over and became a star. Basically she was the female version of Bobby Heenan.

Drew Carey is the next inductee and will be going in the Celebrity Wing. I can only remember him being part of the 2011 Royal Rumble where he entered whilst Matt and Jeff Hardy were wrestling, they eliminated each other leaving him along and then Kane entered and Carey eliminated himself. Not sure if he was in WWE at any other time. In saying that Drew Carey is awesome and I am a massive fan of Whose Line Is It Anyway? so it will be fun seeing him do some standup for ten or so minutes at the HOF.

I think they co promoted some PPVs back in the day. Because The only time I remember him on a WWE show was The Rumble. Good publicity for Drew and his new Improv show, which I'm excited about since I loved Whose Line.

Same here, it sounds a lot like Whose Line and it has a very similar cast. Don't know why they didn't just keep making more Whose Line episodes though.

ABC or NBC? didn't want to keep airing it for some stupid reason, put it on UPN or WB? I can't remember, but it was just hard to find after that. I loved the show, like your old thread at EWO has shown.

Abdullah the Butcher has been announced by WWE. He never wrestled in WWE but had a very long career in many other promotions.

Abbie was a monster in his prime, and still generally one of the most hardcore wrestlers out there. He's 70 and still stabbing people with forks, the shock value of his matches haven't worn off which is why he still is revered to this day.

Scott Hall won't be attending the HOF even though HBK is being inducted.

pwinsider said:
In an interview on Wrestling News Live, Scott Hall confirmed that he would not be attending Shawn Michaels’s Hall of Fame Induction. When asked, the former intercontinental champion said “ I want to announce right now that I wanted to be in Atlanta to see Shawn (Michaels) get inducted into the hall of fame but I had to change my mind because I’m not strong enough to be in that situation right now. All I wanted to be was around all my old buddies in Atlanta where we were over like rover with the NWO stuff, such a fun city… but being with the boys is such a heavy trigger for me to party like that. I’m not ready for that atmosphere, I’m just going to sit at home and watch it on Pay Per View”.

Surprisingly smart decision from Scott Hall. It would be a really bad idea to get in that situation and it is a good step forward that he can see that. Would prevent a probable incident from happening at the event.

The Road Warriors and Paul Ellering were announced on RAW tonight as the final members of the 2011 HOF. Excellent choice since they were THE tag team in their prime and brought something completely new to the table.

It was just announced that Triple H will be inducting Shawn Michaels into this years HOF. There wasn't much doubt that it was going to be anyone other than Triple H.

I am watching the hall of fame on USA. Must say it is okay not as good, the crowd does not seem to be into anyone besides the Road Warriors, Drew Carey got a good pop better then the Wrestlemania reaction by far. Shawn Michaels is going to come out soon want to know what he will say.
