Booker T won the IC title on July 7th 2003 from Christian on Raw. He lost the title back to Christian on August 10th 2003 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Dean Douglas

Dean Douglas won the IC title on October 22nd 1995 from Shawn Michaels by forfeit at In Your House 4: The Great White North due to Michaels being injured. He lost the title the same day to Razor Ramon.

Short reigns here, so I guess it's a pick em. I was a big Booker T fan, I was never a fan of The Franchise.

Only got over because he would swear and "shoot". Was never as good as he claimed to be.

I've actually always liked the Franchise but his reign lasted 2 minutes tops. Have been a fan of Booker for years also. He takes this.
