Criminals are going to get there hands on it rather it's banned or not, all this will do is stop people who use guns too PROTECT themselves from people like this. A lot of these shootings that happen are in places that guns are NOT allowed because the shooters know that the people who are law abiding citizens won't be carrying a gun and they know they can get away with it. Now high power weapons yes should be outlawed the BEST they can, but no matter what you do people who want a gun will get a gun, they they will shoot someone which is against the law then why would guns being against the law stop them?
