You ain't hung around Star Wars fans have you? Because I a sure you they would complain.I guarantee that if the next Star Wars movie was 7 1/2 hours long, none of the nerds would be complaining.

Two battle royalsHopefully they put 5 of those matches on the Kickoff
Make it for the Smackdown Woman's title. Reduce the card. Asuka can destroy all of them.I still don't understand putting a battle royal for the women on the PPV. Just because of the Andre thing? No one really even cares about that anymore. They should make this a two day event like mentioned and have all the wrestlers who aren't worthy of being on Wrestlemania have their own "Kick Off Event" on Saturday. Let Mania be for all the belts and that is it.
#AsukaDeservesMore Should get that trending everywhere.Make it for the Smackdown Woman's title. Reduce the card. Asuka can destroy all of them.

Last year we had 14 matches... Which is a lot. Adding another 3 to this can easily add another hour or more to the show. WTF are they thinking? Yes, Wrestlemania is a big event and only happens once a year... But WTF Vince!? Some of us can't sit still this long. Some of us have other things going on in our day. Some of us have cats to feed!... I mean kids to feed! I am a fan of the phrase less is more and it doesn't seem like WWE got that memo.
Glad I am not your neighbor :dawg:That is a long time to sit in the couch nude
while the front door is open.
That is a lot of time to eat too many wasabi peas too.
Raw being 3 hours long on a weekly basis and full of filler is way different from a once a year show which is the culmination of the biggest feuds and a chance for everyone to be showcased on a major stage are two completely different things.Quality over quantity. Its the same situation as Raw being 3 hours long.
Oh and the Last Jedi (the longest Star Wars movie) sucked
During a long wrestling show, fans get tired. After the women's rumble in January, we had AJ Styles vs Daniel Bryan. I repeat AJ Styles vs Daniel Bryan. The fans didn't give a shit and the match got bad reviews. You rewatch the match now and you see a very very very well worked match(despite the screwy finish) If that match opened the show then it would of been a different story.Raw being 3 hours long on a weekly basis and full of filler is way different from a once a year show which is the culmination of the biggest feuds and a chance for everyone to be showcased on a major stage are two completely different things.
All Star Wars movies suck. But the nerds still love em.
Trust me, as someone who will be at wrestling shows from noon til like 2 am every day for 3 days straight prior to the day of Mania, i can pretty safely say that by Mania time, even 2 matches will feel like an eternity. But its worth it in the end because we are wrestling fans, and this is what we do. We watch wrestling.
Besides, even if the show goes 7 hours, isnt that still an hour less than WWE fans watch on a weekly basis? (3 for Raw, 2 for SD, and an hour each for 205, NXT, and NXTUK). Compare this to when Mania was 3 hours with only 2 hours of weekly programming and only one brand. By inflation standards, a 7 hour Mania show is actually cutting back when you think about it
The show could be 17 hours long and still have every match be great; I don't believe that's so much of a matter of the show going too long, but rather the pacing and order of the show. Having two matches on a card that are guaranteed to go AT LEAST 42 minutes, and then trying to sandwich other matches in between, is pretty much a recipe for failure for those sandwich matches.During a long wrestling show, fans get tired. The length of the show matters and has a direct effect on how a match is perceived. It has a negative effect on the quality of product.
Tomato tomato. What filler is on Mania exactly? Last year we didnt even get a musical performance from Hall of Famer and WWE's favorite band on the planet Kid Rock :,(Ok and Wrestlemania is 7 hours long and full of filler. They could easily cut it down to 5 hours (1 hour pre show 4 hours main card) and be able to produce a much better and tighter event. WWE just has a knack for over producing everything. I rarely watch Raw and Smackdown anymore because they simply condense everything that you need to see on their YouTube channel.
