- Five-year old Viloude Louis was killed by her 13 year old brother after he allegedly used wrestling moves that he learned from TV. The 13 year old told police that he was wrestling with the victim and used "WWE" style wrestling moves.

Viloude's brother, Devalon Armstrong, allegedly slammed his sister onto a bed and beat her. She suffered multiple injuries including broken ribs, internal bleeding and lacerations of the liver. The boy called police after his sister stopped breathing. Paramedics were teaching him over the phone how to use CPR to keep her alive but she died shortly after police arrived and paramedics were unable to revive her.

Devalon has been charged with second degree murder.

WWE issued a statement on the incident:

"The death of Viloude Louis is a tragedy, and our condolences go out to her family.

WWE urges restraint in reporting this unfortunate incident as if it were the result of a WWE wrestling move. As in similar cases, criminal intent to harm and a lack of parental supervision have been the factors resulting in a tragic death.

Authorities have already charged the accused with second degree murder and determined that this was not an accidental death due to a wrestling move."

Oh well I'm glad this little piece of shit decided to call the cops after he beat his sister to death. R.I.P. to this poor girl.

Sad story. But let's not act like no one's ever "tried it at home" when they were younger. Unfortunately accidents sometimes happen.

LOL WHAT?!?!

Beat her to death? Obviously it wasn't intentional. All of us tried wrestling moves on one another when we were younger. Shit, I gave a girl my age back in like 2000 a pile driver on her bed (don't get any ideas!!) but thanks to my huge knowledge of how wrestling worked (!!!!), I knew not slam her head down hard (or at all). Even if it was just a bed.

The kid didn't try to kill his sister. He was having fun. Although, it's a little odd that he "knew" wrestling was "fake". I don't know, maybe I just killed my whole point right there

For those of you who are saying we've all tried it at home and such, the last line of that story should be of the utmost importance...

Authorities have already charged the accused with second degree murder and determined that this was not an accidental death due to a wrestling move.
That, and the fact that he's been charged with second degree murder as opposed to the lesser manslaughter shows that there's something more than just playing around going on here. It's one thing to slap a figure four on someone, it's an entirely different one to slam a 5 year old into a bed until their liver essentially ripped to pieces.

This part seems to indicate they was no intent at the very least.

Yes, but that happened prior to the actual arrival of the police and the subsequent investigation. They would definitely be trying to get him to help while they were on the way. Also, second degree murder doesn't imply intent, just a spur of the moment action that caused death.

However, due to his age, by the time this hits the court he'll have plea-bargained down to manslaughter if not something less, get 2-3 years in a boys ranch or something similar and be ready to return to society in time to get a drivers licence.

Yeah great he called the cops. Maybe he just didnt want to be charged with murdering his sister. Her liver was ripped to pieces, that can't be accidental or you have to be very stupid to not know to stop.

Calling the cops is probably the only thing that saved him from getting a first-degree murder charge.

There's many kinds of wrestling moves. He probably put her in like the sharpshooter and pulled back as hard as he could causing internal injuries.

The article clearly says he slammed her into the bed and beat her. That doesn't sound like a sharpshooter to me.

We might have all done moves and stuff when we was younger, I just hope none of us did it the way the story said he was doing it, I mean hell I wouldn't even slam my cousin too hard and he's 18 or do some of the crap he did to this poor little girl. He should be charged honestly, and I'm glad he was.
