I'll have to pick Rey, His first title run was a big deal and after that not so much, For me anyway. Like stated above Baba was huge in Japan but not so much anywhere else.

Went with Rey even though his title reigns haven't been that impressive. Baba's three title reigns were a week each so I can't go for him.

I decided to branch out and give Baba a vote cause I can't stand Rey's reigns. They were all completely and utterly terrible.

I'd have to say Rey.

He has been quite entertaining even though his reigns are not long.

Tricky one because as great as both men have been, neither have had the long or successful reigns they should have. Rey's first and last reign was a disater for different reasons, his middle one was better and overall I would say he was the better talent who will leave the bigger impact.
