    I think we would need clear proof that any moderators playing the game (including yourself) cannot see if a player was viewing that particular 'hidden' forum. I'm not saying anyone would intentionally game the system in this way, but you know, mistakes happen

    I don't think this would be useful as it doesn't solve the main issues. You'd be just as susceptible to posting in the wrong thread and the activity issue would still exist.

    I personally hated using conversations in this game for scum chat. It's also come to my attention that moderators can see online activity even when invisible which is a major issue given the "Engaged in Conversation" status
