    I do not know of these miserable lows South Park has allegedly had. For animated comedies, I think it's had the best combination of quality and longevity compared to shows like Simpsons and Family Guy.

    All I can really say is :toyou. I think they both did quite well for themselves in the 2000s all things considered. Ric Flair much moreso than Hulk, though that's mostly because Flair was just always better than Hulk and accepted his role as a midcard gatekeeper, which Hulk would never do.

    I think a big difference of the 80s vs 2000s and beyond is less properties overall. There were fewer channels/shows/media platforms so shit that was big like GI Joe, Transformers and TMNT was really huge
