    The more cooking content I watch the more I understand the section in my cookbook where he first says to always follow the recipe and then in the next tip says not to always follow the recipe. You just gotta fix shit when you need to but don't be dumb about it

    I get on those kicks too. Rn I've been watching a lot of the mythical kitchen videos, it started with the last meals series which is really just celebrity interviews but then the rest where they actually cook started getting recommended

    I remember one time in college I made fried pickles in the deep fryer with just jarred dills so I thought I could do the same with jalapenos but they fell apart and then morphed into one giant friend jalapeno ball, it was delicious
