no 7 doesnt use a gig of ram, it has all the cool look and customize features that vista has but runs like xp allowing you to do more -

lol well pends on ur version, but for OS it takes up to much ram, and like i said version wise, the ultimate is the one my friend got and wow so many programming faults in that thing, he had to get like 5 updates before some features even started to function properly but Windows 7 is way better... -

On the screen comment its only like that if you have a old crappy monitor or dont know how to change ur screen res, mines at 1920 by 1440 so everything is small, a blind person would see my letters as dots. lol Yea i have used both and i love windows over mac os anyday, Vista does blow but i dont use it, I use windows 7 beta and its amazing. there is a mac in my house cuz of my sister and i only use it if i have to otherwise i wont. And i dont see how macs are easier than annoying, have to do some... -
