    You don't know how badly she was injured, whether they actually were negligent, whether she has a job and lost her ability to work as a result of the injury, whether they've received complaints before, etc. etc. etc. It's not patently ridiculous.

    I think the way they've eliminated this class of Nexus members sets up perfectly well for a different vision under Punk, where the jobbers get their chance and actually join for a purpose, to rebel against the upper tier guys.

    He's high on my list. He's wrestled forever and he's given back to the game with his work as a trainer. And of course there's the fact that he's a tremendous wrestler and speaker.
