  1. Member Picture Thread III - It's a New Day!

Here's a pic from the same day as the pic I posted earlier, St. Paddy's Day 2019 bar-hopping in NYC, wife and I again. It's from the same day, might as well post it with the other from before:
  2. The Shawn Michaels Appreciation Thread

15 years ago today was that fantastic HBK/Shelton Benjamin match and the match in which Shawn hit Shelton with perhaps the greatest superkick ever; back when the superkick meant alot. Can't believe this was 15 years ago. WWE uploaded the match to their official Youtube page earlier today:
  3. Member Picture Thread III - It's a New Day!

Guess I'll join in on the party; me and the wife celebrating St. Patrick's Day last year 2019 (before the world went to hell). We went bar-hopping that Sunday (which St. Paddy's day fell on last year and walked into an old person bar. Drunk old people are a sight to behold. I'll tell you...
  4. The Shawn Michaels Appreciation Thread

Ok, don't know if there are any NFL fans out there, but RG 3, who is the Ravens backup QB, but earlier in his career, before he suffered a serious knee injury, was one of the best QB's in the league for the Washington Redskins. He got in on the action on Twitter and responding to the WWE on...
  5. WWE In Talks WIth ESPN/FOX To Sell Company?

I doubt this is true. And ESPN has been TRASH for ages now. Their ratings are down, too. I'd prefer this not happen.
  6. The Shawn Michaels Appreciation Thread

That's a good one, too. I just prefer this one more. I know, big shock. I just enjoy the story more. Also, on FOX SPORTS right now, they are airing Shawn's Best Of WM matches! HBK vs. Jericho is on right now. It's pretty wild to see Shawn matches on a real sports Network in their...
  7. The Shawn Michaels Appreciation Thread

24 years ago tonight, one of my favorite matches of all time, HBK vs. Diesel at IYH: Good Friends, Better Enemies. Such a great match. Probably Diesel/Nash's best match of his career. Shawn got an absolute gem of a match out of him. This match is just action-packed from start to finish. Not...
  8. Vince thinks ratings are declining because they're building new talent and no Brock Lesnar

Pretty sure Raw just did it's worse rating ever, including holiday shows: 1.817 million viewers. Hour one drew 1.945 million. Hour two drew 1.888 million, Hour three drew 1.619 million viewers I feel terrible for Drew.
  9. Vince thinks ratings are declining because they're building new talent and no Brock Lesnar

Yeah, that is dumb. It can't just be one or the other. It has to be both.
  10. Vince thinks ratings are declining because they're building new talent and no Brock Lesnar

Only reason I blame him is because apparently he has the final say on everything. The buck stops with him, then that seems to implicate him in everything GOOD and bad with the company. WWE is my favorite wrestling company and it's been that way for 30 years now since I was a child. I want...
  11. Vince thinks ratings are declining because they're building new talent and no Brock Lesnar

And don't get me wrong, WWE is the only company I really watch these days. I'd love nothing more then for their ratings to not only improve, but skyrocket. But it's just hard to see. Obviously hope I'm wrong, though.
  12. Vince thinks ratings are declining because they're building new talent and no Brock Lesnar

Building up new people to increase ratings sounds good, but again, the ratings have been decreasing since 2000. That's 20 years! And the guys in the company on top now have been around in the company for awhile now, not that I blame them. You don't even have to go back to 2000 to 2010 (when...
  13. Vince thinks ratings are declining because they're building new talent and no Brock Lesnar

There's been a drop, but there was even a drop before the virus. The ratings this year were already down. Also, check the past several years. They've been going down every single for years now. This was the lowest rated Road to WM ever and that was with all of those guys you mentioned. Cat...
  14. Vince thinks ratings are declining because they're building new talent and no Brock Lesnar

In Cena's case, he became FOTC in 2005. He didn't even start to lose a match until SummerSlam 2013 against Bryan. That's alittle bit over 8 years of the same guy mowing down the roster. And this is coming off of the era in which fans were used to watching guys like Austin and Rock entertain...
  15. Vince thinks ratings are declining because they're building new talent and no Brock Lesnar

If Owens chose to stay home or can't come there, to me, that makes the case even stronger that he should've lost at WM. I mean, if he's really not gonna be back for months, there's not much of a reason for him to win if the other guy is going to be there every week after. Just my opinion.
  16. Vince thinks ratings are declining because they're building new talent and no Brock Lesnar

Not that this is the reason, but why would he choose to have AJ, Owens, Brock, all out at the same time for Raw? Why are AJ and Owens even gone? Neither guy is injured. Owens, in particular, just won clean at WM against one of the company's top guys, and then just disappears. And then on top...
  17. WWE Raw thread, April 27, 2020: Money! Money money money... (also a contract signing!)

Seth is the best heel in the world these days. Don't care what anyone says.
  18. WWE Raw thread, April 27, 2020: Money! Money money money... (also a contract signing!)

Better than most 'contract signings.' Imagine how much better it would've been with crowd noise, too.
