    I doubt he (or really any) closer will be worth $12.5 million a year. But if anyone would, Papelbon would be on the shortlist. Strikes me as silly for the Sox to punish personal characteristics only to leave themselves with a RP gap, which they'll probably fill by buying the lesser K-Rod.
