Why would they have 20-30 years of mediocrity? Because they were bad in the 90's because they had terrible management and their two star players died, so that means they'll be bad for another 20 years once Pierce & KG are gone because that happened after Bird & McHale left? Ok... -

Idk, I think a change of scenery might bring some good for him. Of course he won't average 21 PPG but I expect him to put up better numbers than he did in Atlanta last season. -

Doesn't matter. In Grant Hill's 6 seasons with Orlando, he missed over 290 games. In his 5 seasons in Phoenix, he missed only 32 games. Not a coincidence. -

He is :troll: Anyway, wouldn't be surprised if Harden turns out to be Trevor Ariza 2.0 for the Rockets. As in young player with a lot of potential coming from a championship caliber team, they give him a big contract but he underperforms and they trade him the following offseason... -

To be fair, Rondo signed his contract extension before the 09-10 season, which was Rondo's breakout year. I agree though, Harden should've gotten no more than 13M a year. Like I said on WF, the majority of players who have max contracts don't deserve them. -

All depends on the improvements of Lawson & McGee and the impact Iguodala will have on them defensively. We already know they're probably the best offensive team in the NBA but if Iggy can have a significant impact on them defensively, they're a team to be reckoned with. I also have a feeling... -
