You're just being irrational now, there's no way in hell Doc will play Pierce 20 minutes a game. Him playing Pierce just 30 minutes a game would be a shock. I think one of the secrets for success is the less PT for Jeff Green, the better. -

I don't think Pierce as a #1 option is a issue with the team. At least not at this point in time. I think the biggest issues are Rondo's inability to shoot, the team being abysmal on defense when KG leaves the game, the bench underachieving and of course, health. -

Davis started at PF while KG was hurt in the 09 Playoffs, averaged 16/6 on 49% shooting. He always had the potential but his last year in Boston, he played so selfishly and was god-awful in the second half of the season and playoffs that it was obvious he wasn't coming back. -

Of course the Celtics lost fan support while they were bad, they were shit for multiple seasons in a row. That happens with pretty much every sports team. Fans wouldn't show up for Laker games if they went four straight years missing the playoffs or something like that. -
