    I know he wanted to coach amateur wrestling (and that would be awesome lessons, as an amateur wrestler myself), didn't know about the teaching. Hope it works out for him if that's what he really wants. I just hope he subs at my school, just once.

    Highly don't recommend this. Drink some tea. It's one of my favorite things about being sick. (and a multi vitamin every day)

    Cardio or basic body weight exercises like push-ups, sit ups, squats, can do dips off of your couch or bed. Works somewhat for me. Take a multivitamin every day?

    Good for Matt. I'd prefer EC3 keeping the belt, but he's still unpinned, so he's still technically not conquered, so a baby face (like Drew Galloway hopefully) can still chase to be the one to finally pin him, and hopefully with the WHC on the line.
