  1. Favorite Fighters

Wow totally forgot Matt Serra. Pretty sad when I just checked out his gym a month ago. Cool list, surprised you are both a GSP-Koscheck fan. That's pretty awesome.
  2. Chael Sonnen vs. Rashad Evans set for UFC 167 in Las Vegas

GSP & Sonnen on the same card? :dana: will approve of the buy rate going possibly 1 million. I like this fight a lot, since these are both guys that will come in shape and ready to scrap. I'm still waiting to see Rashad show that killer instinct that he's been lacking for the past few years...
  3. Favorite Fighters

I'm curious about everyone's favorite fighters. If you want to explain why, then feel free. Otherwise just list in this way, who are your favorite fighters in certain weight classes and if you have an all-time favorite who isn't competing in the UFC anymore. Current Heavyweight: Frank Mir...
  4. Smackdown Spoilers (9/6/13)

Same shit, new week. So redundant, Smackdown remains to be a skip fest.
  5. Stephan Bonnar Interested In WWE

Other than Barnett or Chael Sonnen, can't see any MMA fighter succeed in WWE? Those two are excellent promo cutters and would fit right in. Bonnar is entertaining, but he's more like Rampage. Funny guy, but never known for his speeches.
  6. Mark Hunt, 'Bigfoot' Silva agree to headline next UFC event in Australia

Silva's glass chin is going to be a problem. I like this fight and I'm happy my boy Stipe Miocic gets to avoid these beasts. Australia is going to rowdy for Hunt, pretty pumped for this one.
  7. World Tour Experience As Part Of Media

I do realize that I sometimes over complicate things, due to just wanting to know as a fan. Sometimes being simple works for many viewers, although like you said saying redundant questions is a bad idea. Not a fan of the fist pose haha? I don't see it as a big deal, but it can get a little...
  8. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

Great point. If anything do Lamas-Mendes for number one contender & Thomson-Grant for number one contender. Then after the super fight, everything can go back to normal.
  9. World Tour Experience As Part Of Media

I know I'm late on this, but I've been meaning to share this with you guys. I got to work as part of the media for the UFC World Tour experience. I've been writing for MMA Sucka in April and they are starting to become well known. They were able to talk to the UFC PR group to get me credentials...
  10. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

Swanson lost to Aldo in eight seconds. It was in WEC, but MMA fans will remember that. The issue with Lamas is that he's still relatively unknown, while Mendes has been on a tear since Team Alpha Male added Ludwig as his coach.
  11. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

I know he's not popular and I'm not sure if people are taking him seriously as a title contender, but I would have no problem seeing T.J Grant get a title shot. He was supposed to get one. Honestly would love to see that fight, even though it's obvious the big fight is with Aldo. Still think...
  12. I'm in as long as the draft date is good with me.

I'm in as long as the draft date is good with me.
  13. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

I can go on and on about the stoppage, but whatever I felt it was a flat out robbery. Another thing was that ref was an absolute nobody and shouldn't be in a co-main event. It looks so bad that a fighter gets up right after and is completely coherent. Fine the crowd can be wrong, but that's a...
  14. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

Did you hear the crowd boo? Thousands of people thought it was a terrible stoppage. Like I said, not taking anything away from Josh. I just wanted to see at least two or three more punches to show he was out. We've see in it before that Mir has gone down, yet continued fighting. He didn't go...
  15. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

Frank Mir felt 'screwed' by 'bad stoppage' - MMA Fighting So many different correlations, who could forget when he submitted Big Nog and he was rocked? In a big fight, you don't do that. Don't know anyone can say that was a good stoppage.
  16. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

http://urdirt.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/14b4aic1.jpg One last argument about the whole Mir thing. I know Carwin destroyed him, but the guy is one tough S.O.B and he hung on for another 30 seconds. In a huge fight, you don't do that shit. End of story, that ref is a fool.
  17. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

How did it knock him flat out? He got up right immediately after the bell and said he was okay? Dana said it was bullshit and thousands of people did. If they don't do a rematch between Barnett and Mir, that's bullshit. Sure Josh would probably win, but at least make it fair.
  18. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

My jaw dropped when Pettis started celebrating. No way in hell did I see a verbal submission coming, unreal. I'm disappointed as a fan but that was nasty and a contender for submission of the year. Very good ppv but I'm still bitter on one of the worst stoppages in history. Sure Josh could...
  19. UFC 164: Henderson vs. Pettis II

UFC 164: Preview & Predictions | TJR Sports My full predictions & preview of the main card. I love this show so much, not for just the two huge fights but how unpredictable it is. Other than Mendes beating Guida, I don't see one predictable fight on this card.
  20. UFC on Fox Sports 2: Condit vs. Kampmann II

WAR CONDIT!!! That was an absolute striking clinic. Great way to bounce back after two tough defeats.
