    I might be. I didn't grow up watching at the time and im still studying the WCW product but I've watched a number of documentaries on it. The rise and fall of wcw has that Russo and Hogan shoot included and I think that was Hogans last appearance if I'm not mistaken.

    I'll always remember Hogan shooting on Russo on either Nitro or Thunder, blaming him for dragging the company into the ground. It was a bold shortsighted thing to say. People still act like he was responsible for WCWs collapse. Signing WCW to AOL was the nail in the coffin.

    And yet people claim AEW Dynamite is the best weekly wrestling show. Usually consists of 5 matches running from 15-20 minutes. Sometimes theyre barely able to squeeze in promos and segments. Surprised how overrated it is.

    Honestly quality wise 1999 was a far more consistent year to me than 2000. Although they were both great years, I think 1999 beats it especially when it comes to the weekly shows. And that could very well be because I'm a big fan of Russos work.

    Regardless the script he was given was meh. "I can do this because I can" Wasn't all that bad though. Edge is still a great promo you're right even better than Orton. And usually people suck at cutting baby face promos.
