  • Damn, you collect a ton D=. I have eight comics I get, Thunderbolts, Red Hood & The Outlaws, Batman, Detective Comic, Batwoman, Superior Spiderman, Deadpool & Transformers Regeneration One. I focus on buying graphic novels, slowly but surely, I'm getting every single available (& reasonably priced) Batman Arc going from the 00's. Other than that, I'm working my way through the Deadpool and Uncanny X-Force volumes, then I'll be at a lost at where I go from there in terms of buying Graphic Novels.
Most of Marvel's stuff seems second rate :/... Superior Spiderman is quite a unique concept unless you can think of another comic where the Villain becomes the main hero in such a way... Deadpool is unique but I can't think of many others which don't come across as a good original idea, that being said, I got Iron Man - Extremist and I thought that was bloody brilliant but it's just another rich playboy with smarts (Batman).

The NOW! Thunderbolts is a great line up but as I mentioned before, I hated Dillons artwork :/. So what do you actually read?
Sounds really good and doesn't feel like it was dragging like X-Men which has always been my biggest problem, the comics felt slow and boring with X-Men. First X related comic/collected I've got which I actually want to continue getting, Marvel just seems naff for arcs and collectives I wanna actually continue getting. Deadpool I stick at because it's just a fun comic to read.

Aside from that, I have something like 30 Batman Graphics/Collecteds and 10 Bat-Fam collectives (including the entire Red Robin stuff), Marvel doesn't make me want to buy more, kinda sucks because it looks like I'm just a Deadpool/Batman fag lol.
I noticed a huge change in the other characters, they look less like Punisher clones and more like themselves. So the Uncanny X-Force is worth picking up overall then eh? Almost got all the Deadpool volumes so I needed a new series to get, figured I'd try out Uncanny, one thing I don't get is Fantomax's actual mutation. So he lies and it becomes reality?
Well Noto was a huge improvement for me on the Thunderbolts this month; I'm actually gonna keep it on, just weird seeing Deadpool having a serious role again like in Uncanny X-Force (picked up Volume 1 Monday, pretty amazing comic).
Haha, I picked up Cable & X-Force and found it unsatisfying. Cable himself is such a hit & miss character but I will say I'll be picking up issue 7 just to see what will happen between him & Cyclops as the advert said "Daddy's Home". Deadpool is just Deadpool, you're not missing much unless you wanted to see Deadpool fight Monkey's & Reagan in Space. So what did Tony Moore do o_O?
I can't stand it, makes the character's look really samey and bland. Isn't Elektra meant to be sexy, not ah... Thunderbolts just seemed to be terrible and slowly got better but he artwork was just the same constantly, really off putting but people are raving about Noto taking over so I getting my hopes up. Seeing as I've dropped a done of Marvel stuff from pull list due to Marvel now being lacklustre outside of Deadpool & Superior Spiderman.
You seem to be a comic book guy, I don't know if you read Thunderbolts but by any chance have you got any idea how good this Noto artist guy is? He's picking up the artistic work for Thunderbolts from Dillion (thank god!) but I have no idea what to expect, was wondering if you had any clue.
