The reason is, most of Triple H's hate is unwarranted and people just use him as a scapegoat to bash the WWE.

Who does that again? That would be like saying TNA sucks because of Jeff Jarrett, Kurt Angle or Sting individually.

Overrated - Mr. Kennedy, Shelton Benjamin (somewhat, he's been improving and the man boy love has been dropping),

Bullshit. Shelton gets bashed by almost everyone with disillusions of mad fandom, he's the opposite of Trips in that everyone talks about how much love he gets yet only 2 or 3 people actually defend against 12 haters. Same with Kennedy. People hate them for acclaim that doesn't exist.

MCMG are overrated if people think they're the greatest ever. They've never even won a "Big 2" tag belt. =/ But I still don't know if anyone actually thinks they're the best.

And with Dragon that's just a nickname. Nobody actually thinks he's the best. He might not even be in the top 5 of his own company. But I see your point.

So why is Triple H hated then? Winning? Newsflash: He is not the booker.

Benjamin isn't half as overrated as he used to be, but he's still not ME level talent. Kennedy is and forever will be an overrated hack, who should never get anywhere near the Main Event.

Everybody seems to go wet over MCMG and Danielson. I just don't get it.

Trips isn't hated to begin with. Shelton and Kennedy are what every Trips fan believes Hunter is, unjustly hated.

Nobody thinks Shelton is ME talent, He has ME work-rate but jobber charisma. He could have been a better champ then Jeff Hardy for instance could ever be though. He still has no "man-love" and has never had from what i've seen.

And i'm still failing to see how Kennedy's overrated. You may think he sucks but that doesn't make him overrated as he gets made fun of by most.

MCMG are charismatic, technical wrestlers, not everybody who people like is overrated.

Dragon has Shelton syndrome. >_> Technical wizard, improving charisma.

I think MCMG are a very good tag team, but certainly not the best ever. It could be that they're the best in the world at the moment, but that could be down to tag team wrestling in the big promotions being on it's arse and me knowing close to nothing about the indies. Also, I bum Alex Shelley relentlessly.

I think Shelton and Kennedy could be ME level with a bit of work. Shelton's charisma is bollocks and Kennedy relies to heavily on his.

Oh my God, Sabin > Shelley. I thought I was the only one who thought that. =/ Shelley's quite good too though. You said that you didn't know much about indies but the team of Kevin Steen and El Generico could give them a nice run. And KENTA + Naomichi as a tag team is just EPIC. :D

Shelton probably won't ever get there as a heel. This "new age" of fans just don't care about him. They'd have to rebuild back to 04-05 Shelton and then give him a ME storyline while he's hot instead of a losing streak storyline that completely kills him like last time. (Not gonna happen.)

Kennedy's chances would be great except the writers give him a 2 word promo every week. And that's only his 2nd biggest concern. He needs to stay healthy and not switch brands again.

JBL = Awesome on the mic.

If by awesome you mean repetitive and running out of things to say, then yes, I agree entirely.

As for the dabte about Kennedy, he's overrated by some but not many. Gone are the days when he was the internet darling. Most people have woken up and realised that he's really not that good.

Oh and Sabin < Shelley. Sabin has a quarter of the charisma of Shelley when he's having a good day. Sabin should just stand there and point to his hand. Shelley's much better in the ring too with his own unique style, rather than being another quick guy.

No, he's quite underrated as almost everyone shits on him. I think he's got an MVP or Elijah Burke quality in that he's not flashy, but every single move is crisp, accurate and logical.

Shelley has a tendency to try to hard to get the fans into it. Sabin's the more laid back but they're equal in terms of mic-skills and charisma. And I would definitely give Sabin the advantage in-ring. But it's really irrelevant, as they're both pretty damn spectacular overall. It just comes down to personal opinion.

Kennedy offence ranges from mind-numblingly boring to nearly acceptable. Nearly.

While I agree that based on in-ring talent it's a matter of opinion for The Guns, I just can't see how someone could say they're equal in charisma. Sabin just seems so awkward. He has developed from '05, but I put that down to teaming with Shelley (and a heel turn with the X Title).

No, you obviously have Kennedy confused with Orton. Kennedy knows how to pull out at least a trick or 2 when needed, like his fake out spin kick or rolling fireman's carry. But he definitely won't get confused with Mysterio or anything.

Sabin's charisma is more laid back. He does a good job and talks well, Shelley's excitement is infectious. Shelley might have an edge, but I don't think Sabin's awkward. And one thing, as a team they should NEVER be heels. They both play to the crowd too much and are just too likable anyway to get lasting heat.

I don't think they should either. Was talking about in 06.

They were trying to mask Sabin's lack of charisma. :shifty:
