TNA right now?

I wanna hear the honest feedback because they are doing their best ever in the ratings yet every week I watch it seems that the product is getting worse and worse...

So my question is am I the only one? Are people just that bored on Thursday nights? Or am I just expecting too much?

Considering most of the people on the baord are complaining about the shittiness of the shows right now, I'd say it's pretty damn bad.

That doesn't mean that the product is any good. The attitude era had huge ratings and the midcard looked like absolute shit for the most part.

The MEM is having a great feud with Sting and Angle. That's top notch. AJ and Booker is good and the tag team division is good. The problem is that TNA is insisting on building the company around men over 40. You can't do that. WCW did this in the mid 90's and it only worked for 3 years. If that's all TNA wants, well, they'll get it and then fold. Christian leaving hurt a lot but now they need AJ, Joe, Shelley and Lethal to have some big feuds and carry the company in the future.

Danny Bonaduce could be wrestling a match at Lockdown. Do I even need to continue?

ive tried to watch a few episodes of impact. i couldnt do it. its just so insanely boring. the MEM feud is just dumb. i dont really like kurt or sting so thats probably why. i kind of like the aj vs booker feud but its also kind of dumb. i just like aj styles. the rest of the feuds are awful. this govenor palin shit they are doing is the most Blue thing ive ever seen too. its not even close to funny.

The only feud with noting right now is Angle/Sting. Virtually every other feud seems half-assed. The X-Division doesn't exist and the Knockouts are a complete afterthought.

I always try to defend TNA but week after week they give less and less ammunition. I have no idea why their ratings are so high right now. There's no reason at all for them to be. It's as inexplicable as Twilight being popular.

I don't really think it's all that shocking. Yeah, the product itself is not a carbon copy of the WWE, but don't think anyone wants that. Yes, some of the stars are older, but TNA is using what they have while they still have it.

Call me crazy, I like Angle/Foley/Jarrett promos. A lot of the reasons why i see "Tna Sucks" is poor excuses and a few just say it, because everyone else does. Reasons like " There isn't enough wrestling on Impact" "They don't push Joe hard enough" "Too much MEM" They point out every negative, and completely ignore all the positives. It's something different, I like it. Plus i think TNA is going to continue to bring in some interesting wrestlers this year.

AJ and Booker is good

Yes, a face constantly attacking a heel from behind is definitely a well booked feud.

Yes it has its down sides but TNA imo is pretty good. I've been a fan of TNA since day one. Back during there weekly PPV days. I got the very first TNA on Tape around here somewhere. Yes it was better back then and by better I mean way better. But I still like it and really I don't think I need a reason to. I mean everyone is gonna like something someone else doesn't like. People like ECW and the only thing I watch is anything to do with Christian on there as he is the only thing IMO good on ECW. I am 100 % sure there is nothing out there that everyone likes.(product wise)

TNA's first show was awful. Their early days were so terrible, it's not funny. I've seen some of the shows and they relied on a mix of country singers and NASCAR nobodies. The product is better now than it was then, and that really says something.

You can't just like something. There has to be something in your brain that makes you like it. I don't just like fish 'n' chips. I like them because they taste good.

As for Christian being the only good thing on ECW, I'd suggest you watch the 15-20 minute match between Primo and Miz. Best thing I've seen Miz do in the ring in what I found to be a great match.
