To be fair, I don’t mind working around injuries because injuries are part of a booker‘s life, which is why now when I do retroactive BTB‘s of like a real life timeline, I don’t try to play God and book around injuries like I am currently mapping out of a WCWBTB year by year and I’m playing with all the real injuries regardless of what matches I book.

Keep in mind I had stuff turned up to see what happened.

But he had a plane crash, survived it. Only to be killed by a drunk driver in the same day.

Tbf if you're running the company you have complete control, it's just when the AI runs it in other companies. AI skills, personality, company recommended roster size, product, etc. All come into play for what the AI does.

Like for example, if you want your company centered around stables, you can change the product to have stables be an "Integral" part of your company. Same with managers being important to the company too.

When you're the owner or booker of the company, controlling it then it doesn't really disband them. Like for this thing here its really nothing you can do. But yeah if you are playing as the company, you control like any of that.
