The absolute last location that needs a boost to the tourism trade in the US is the gambling capital of the world, Las Vegas.
Why not Dallas, Texas? Dallas would of been a great replacement. I would be willing to go halfway across the country for that. Vegas? It is ridiculous to hold two consecutive WrestleManias there.![]()
WrestleMania 42 To Be Held In Las Vegas | Fightful News
WrestleMania 42 reportedly headed back to Las Vegas.www.fightful.com
Morally I agree but realistically it’s not WWE’s job to boost tourism or economies anywhere.I've literally had people I know express being pissed off because they made tentative plans to go to New Orleans after it was announced because it was more convenient.
WWE fucked over the city of New Orleans who would have benefitted from tourism and, in case you don't know, needs a jump start to their economy wherever they can find it. So yes, people are getting hurt: local businesses.
So you just shrug your shoulders, say "Welp, nothing I can do" and continue to indulge in it because why not, not like morals ever meant anything. Can't boycott it because it means too much too dearly to you.Morally I agree but realistically it’s not WWE’s job to boost tourism or economies anywhere.
What do you mean boycott it?So you just shrug your shoulders, say "Welp, nothing I can do" and continue to indulge in it because why not, not like morals ever meant anything. Can't boycott it because it means too much too dearly to you.
Jeff has pointed out multuple times, it only takes a small move to get other people to join in not watching it anymore bruv. What do you mean boycott it?
What are we gonna do that’s gonna get them to change their mind
I read they are thinking about doing Saudi Arabia... guessing that is dirt sheet bullshit
Yet anyway.Saudi already has the Rumble next year, they arent getting Mania
They literally take tax brakes and extra money from locations for actually exactly this. As usual you don't know jackMorally I agree but realistically it’s not WWE’s job to boost tourism or economies anywhere.
Minnesota's been getting fucked in the ass by professional wrestling ever since the AWA closed down. I'm no longer surprised at this point.also everyone keeps saying New Orleans got fucked over....what about Minnesota? They were apparently the front runner THIS YEAR before it went to Vegas and theyre getting Summerslam next year which isnt too bad. Also Indianapolis is supposed to be getting one too. Then you have Saudi and London who want one...who gets passed over next
