WrestleMania no longer scheduled for New Orleans in 2026

As for being in Vegas I feel like it's good for fans. i have friends that would go to vegas for a show because it's in vegas over going to new orleans. granted im not gonna go to either show but im just saying vegas has something for everyone.

now if they backed out of a deal or something with New Orleans then that's pretty shitty.

They had officially announced New Orleans so def backed out but seems like they compromised with MITB instead

What sucks the most is apparently WrestleCon already contracted a venue in New Orleans.

And it's Money In The Bank AND a later WrestleMania that New Orleans is getting.

No reason has been given yet. Naturally we all assume that it's just WWE trying to get more money but it is possible that New Orleans requested to move it too.

If it's Vegas it'll be interesting to know how it does if they DON'T do it on Easter Weekend. Good news is I'll get to go to Vegas then finally.

its more that they get to charge insane prices in vegas even more, and likely get site fees. either way, having it same place two years in a row is objectively lame
