One more thing I just thought up, at the beginning of 2k16 on TWF there was a system where when you signed up you had to name your finisher, then this (along with any obvious variants (avalanche etc)) went on to a "reserved moves list" which had to be read by anyone else who signed up, and if it was on the reserved moves list you couldn't gave it as your finisher, or in your moveset generally. I loved this rule (I mean... my finisher's a superkick, of course I liked it xD) because it's super unrealistic for the finishers of other people's characters to be in people's movesets.
This ties in nicely to that early suggestion @CiV made about everyone having to upload their CAW to CC, we say they have to upload it before they can start in the league, and then their CAW can be checked for unrealistic moves/abilities (springboards from 300lb-ers, powerbombs from 170lb-ers, etc) as well as other people's finishers.
