Tamina

After a few months off due to injury Tamina returned to our screens at Survivor Series by attacking AJ whilst she was talking to Vickie. Tamina is now back as a heel and looks to be Vickie's weapon in her feud against AJ. To me it seems like WWE are trying to see if Tamina can fill the gap left by Beth Phoenix leaving last month. Tamina is a similar size to Beth and is now back as a heel, just like Beth was. Not quite a like for like replacement but as close as they are going to get.

Your thoughts on Tamina? Will we see her in the Divas title scene anytime soon?

I wouldn't call myself a fan of hers, but I definitely don't mind her. She's already pretty over for a diva, or at least she was as a face, and she's capable of putting on better matches than we usually get to divas. It's hard for me to care about her while she's involved in this shitty Vickie angle though.

She has wrestled a few good matches I just think that the lack of matches hurt her. She was rarely used as a face and then would suddenly be in a PPV title match and that hurt her. I am glad that she is back as a heel because she needed a fresh start and now that she won't be in Beth's shadow she might be able to make it work.

I actually like how they brought her in. Vickie can't touch AJ so instead she hires Tamina to take her apart. Hopefully she doesn't get stuck in the storyline for too long though as that seems to be getting worse each week.

She's no Beth Pheonix, but she'll do. I would have preferred Natalya though.

I hope that they can still create something for Natalya as well but they should try to make her one of the top faces. Her heel gimmick in the end, with her farting, was just so dumb and hurt her credibility for a bit. Although, thinking about it, Natalya would be a good opponent for Tamina in the future if they really do go forward with this Tamina push.

Best thing I can say about her is she's a solid wrestler who should do well just being Vickie's sidekick. To me at least she always looked uncomfortable in the entertainment and showmanship aspect.

There are divas who could do better in her position as Vickie's sidekick or whatever you'd like to call it. I don't mind Tamina but Tamina in the Divas Title Picture? I don't think so because from the looks of it, there are going to be some Tamina/AJ matches.

She'll just end up getting buried by AJ, so why care about the storyline?

With that said, I appreciate her wrestling ability. I'd like to see her go to Japan and main event there though.

I like that WWE are pushing more female talent in feature feuds, this is a nice change of pace for Tamina. Even if she is not that good on the mic at least she has the likes of Vickie and AJ to carry that side of things.
