Seriously though James Garfield dying is so fucking tragic because he would have lived if the doctors just left him alone. The bullet didn't even hit any vital organs but because they were operating on him with a fucking metal table, they couldn't find the bullet and he ended up dying of Sepsis.

I saw that Clinton implemented revisions but none of them seemed to really ENCOURAGE banks to give out shitty loans. They did that on their own.

The housing bubble happened because of a policy enacted during his presidency that allowed banks to give loans to everyone which changed a law that was enacted after the depression which stated banks could not give loans for homes if they did personal loans or different ones because He said everyone needed a home so the balloon mortgage was created.
