Jeff Hardy won the IC title on the April 12th 2001 Smackdown from Triple H. He lost the title back to Triple H on the April 16th 2001 Raw. He won his 2nd IC title on October 2nd 2006 on Raw from Johnny Nitro. He lost the title back to Nitro on the November 6th 2002 Raw in a No DQ match. He won his 3rd title from Nitro on the November 13th 2006 Raw. He lost the title to Umaga on the February 19th 2007 Raw. He won his fourth title from Umaga on the September 3rd 2007 Smackdown. He lost the title to Chris Jericho on the March 10th 2008 Raw.
Texas Tornado

The Texas Tornado won the IC title on August 27th 1990 at SummerSlam from Mr.Perfect. He lost the title back to Perfect on the December 15th 1990 Episode of Superstars.

Went with Von Erich for the simple fact he was a better wrestler and I liked his feud with Perfect.

Even as big of a spot monkey Jeff Hardy is, there is no way this Von Erich was a better wrestler. Dude was a dolt and lumbered his way into title reigns because his more talented brothers were killing themselves.

Tough call I am not a big fan of either, but when Hardy was hot, I would say he was a little better as IC Champion than Von Erich.

Jeff Hardy gets my vote. Was the better IC champion in my view and had some good matches and feuds as champion.

True Deezy he wasn't that great but his matches with Flair and Perfect were excellent and I enjoyed them more than Hardy matches.

Fair enough, I never was able to get into the Texas Tornado, he took the title from Perfect and I was a big fan of Perfect.

Also not afraid to admit, that one time I was a big Jeff Hardy fan.
