TNA Impact spoilers 5/3.
* Impact opened with Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan going back and forth on the mic, teasing a match for down the line.

* Brooke Tessmacher and Velvet Sky defeated TNA Knockouts champion Gail Kim and Madison Rayne.

* Bobby Roode and Rob Van Dam face off in the ring and pick each other’s opponents for later.

* TNA TV champion Devon defeated Robbie T by DQ when Robbie E. interfered.

* There is a Gutcheck Judging segment (think American Idol) where Al Snow, Ric Flair and Bruce Prichard deliberate over whether Alex Silva deserves a TNA contract. He gets one.

* Rob Van Dam defeated Jeff Hardy.

* Bully Ray bullies Jeremy Borash. Austin Aries comes out and they go back and forth until a brawl breaks out.

* AJ Styles & Samoa Joe & Magnus defeated Kurt Angle & Christopher Daniels & Kazarian after a Styles Clash on Kazarian. Angle was upset with his partners. Daniels claims that if Styles doesn’t reveal the secret next week, they will.

* TNA champ Bobby Roode defeated Mr. Anderson in a No DQ match. Hardy got involved and it ended with Roode laying everyone, including RVD who hit the scene to help, out with chairs.

Please god not a Flair/Hogan match and Alex Silva's match against Robbie E last week was awful so i have no idea why he got an contract. I'll watch it this week just because i'm trying to help out the TNA section.

Miss Tessmacher is the only reason to watch this.

And also, whats with the Gutcheck shit? Are they thinking exposing the business on an actual wrestling show will help their business and pull in viewers?

Tough Enough atleast didn't do this shit until the end.

TNA has some weird ideas, Alex Silva isn't all that bad. I guess he just needs some time and he'll be decent enough but then again I rarely watch TNA.

Mainly spoilers but this Flair/Hogan crap again... Kill me.

Getting Alex Silva out of this gut check was horrific. No idea why Ric Flair would change his mind after watching him have such an awful match the week before. I wish Flair would have just ripped him a new one since Snow and Pritchard just went along with him in the end.

They scheduled some decent match ups between RVD/Hardy and Anderson/Roode to help built there respective feuds but the matches didn't get enough time to do them justice.

Well, if the TV title is going to be defended like it was this week every week. I think I'd rather Devon was sparingly on TV.

Not too many good things to say about the show but best part for me was more Joseph Park.
