The "progression" , can also easily be explained by poyser saying fuckit I'm done, get some distancing. Or, maybe it is indeed banez and you, and Poyser just said fuck you guys I'm going home in frustration because he couldn't make reasonable/beleivable interactions with either of you....
If that was the case do you not think it would be more wise for him to do that and then let your Mitch wagon develop, get the other claim and give the scummates time to distance rather than literally vote himself and set himself up for a hammer? A hammer vote on a town read doesn't really constitute as 'distancing'.
It may have, but I also know Poyser can be a mad cunt with psycho gambles (see game where odo/poyser/magic were arguing endlessly and he managed to hoodwink with false results, suicide play). The issue is that I also thing he pulled that off because he did NOT want Mitch to claim. Tbh, it could also simply be some lolwifom poyser vintage stuff. He does love that.
