I would assume since it was night the scum team did have a kill, so unless we're mistaken on that the scum team could literally be three inactives. Or a bunch of crafty people who wanna make us think that.

Oh okay, so we’re likely working with a dormant scum team. It’d be very handy for Jeff to kill an inactive at this junkture. We don’t have any strong scum reads or anything, so it’s likely our best move anyway
