I'm pretty sure that's what they're setting up. Maybe he'll return at NOC after Del Rio beats RVD and does the same schtick on the mic? Or at least on the Raw after? Then again, I have no idea when Rey's supposed to be cleared to come back.

He said he wanted to come back at Summerslam but couldn't so September.
