In the news: The Naturals, Bruiser Brody, Michael Myers, and possible WWE PPV Spoiler

- from Matthew McKinney: Andy Douglas & Chase Stevens have been removed from the roster page on tnawrestling.com. These spots will probably be filled with Basham & Damaja.

- from Mike Informer: Brody Still Making Impact

- from Chris Johnson: ShockTillYouDrop.com reports that former WCW wrestler Tyler Mane, who plays the new Michael Myers in Rob Zombie's Halloween is signed on for a sequel should one happen.

- from James Sanders: I have just seen the promos for the two ppvs coming up in June and it looks like the PPVs will be focused on one stipulation for each PPV. WWE One Night Stand looks to be focused on just extreme rules matches and Venegance will be The Night of Champions where every WWE title will be on the line.

Robin Thicke is marching to the front lines of love. The R&B crusader has set a title and release date for his fifth album.

The follow-up to 2009’s Sex Therapy will be called Love After War, reports Rolling Stone. It has been marked for a November 15 release.

Thicke, who welcomed his son Julian with wife Paula Patton last year, has been in the lab putting the finishing touches on the project. “You get to that point where you hate it and then you love it,” he recently told Rap-Up TV. “It’s just like any important relationship in your life.”

Fans got a taste last month with the leaked track “I’m an Animal.”He has also been in the studio with Faith Evans and Pharrell.

Trey Songz is coming out with not one but two mixtapes on November 1st.

Anticipation II, which is the sequel to the tape he put out before his Ready album and #Lemmeholddatbeat2 will most likely find Trey remixing some of the hottest hip-hop and R&B songs. Both covers can be seen above. November 1st will be like Christmas for Trey fans.

Thankfully feeling better after undergoing throat surgery, R. Kelly is ready to release his 11th studio album, and has revealed that his new set of inevitably naughty-minded tunes will called Black Panties.

The lead single will be a song called “10 Minutes” — is that in reference to how long before Kells disrobes you of said panties? The LP has gone through various name changes, from Zodiac to The Return of 12 Play: Night of the Living Dead, but c’mon now — Black Panties is obviously the best choice for an R. Kelly album, right?.

Leave it to R. Kelly to have an album named “Black Panties.”

Less than a year after releasing her latest album, Keyshia Cole is back in the lab cooking up new material. The soulstress is eyeing an early 2012 release for the as-yet-untitled project.

The follow-up to last December’s Calling All Hearts is due in February, Keyshia revealed on Twitter. She has been writing with hitmaker Ester Dean and says the new material is unlike her previous four albums.
“I’m in love with these songs I’ve recorded. REAL TALK,” wrote the mother of one, who is also scheduled to hit the studio with Boi-1da (Drake, Eminem).
Earlier this year, the 29-year-old singer split from her longtime manager Manny Halley and is now being represented by music executive Kevin Liles, who manages Trey Songz.
In between music, she is taping her new reality series “Family First” and will celebrate her marriage to Daniel “Boobie” Gibson in an island ceremony in Hawaii.

Some months ago, confirmation that Chris Brown, Frank Ocean and Rico Love would be working on the new Brandy album excited her long waiting fans everywhere.
Now the ‘Moesha‘ belle has revealed the inspiration behind the project’s futuristic sound and why fans can expect her to stay true to her ‘R&B’ roots.

Read what she had to say below…

On the album’s sound, she explained:
I know my fans have been patiently waiting for new material from me and I want to give them what they deserve.
The sound I am going for on the new album will be “futuristic R&B”.
I want it to be different and new from R&B in the past and present, but not too different and new. I still want to be able to stay true to my R&B roots.

With the talented Rico Love working on a number of ‘R&B’ projects at the moment, let’s hope he doesn’t pull a Ryan Tedder and find himself giving identical songs to different artists ( see Kelly Clarkson ‘Already Gone’ and Beyonce’s ‘Halo‘).

After Beyonce’s big pregnancy announcement at this year’s MTV Music Video Music Awards last month, she left some critics wondering if the announcement was a publicity ploy why others wondered why she didn’t sell the rights to her announcement off to a publication like OK!, People or US Magazine like some celebs.
Well, Beyonce obviously feels as though she makes enough money from her talent and business ventures that she doesn’t have to sell the rights to her pregnancy announcement, wedding photos or details surrounding her baby to a media outlet but what exactly made her choose the MTV Video Music Awards, of all places, to make the announcement? She recently sat down with Access Hollywood and revealed why MTV were the chosen ones as well as her take on Jay-z’s reaction after she rubbed her belly on stage.
How did you come with the idea to reveal your pregnancy at the 2011 VMAs?
I dreamt it actually. There were so many rumors about me being pregnant every three months for the past couple of years. I thought the best way and the classiest way was to just show it. My husband and I have been together for ten years so I guess people felt apart of it and it makes me feel really good.
On Jay-Z’s reaction
I couldn’t see that in real life but I did see it on a bunch of TV specials. I couldn’t escape it, so it was nice.
On what this year means to her
You know I just feel like I’ve been through everything in my life is all for right now. Hopefully life will continue to get better and I’ll continue to get stronger and be an incredible mother.

Meet Roc Nation’s Newest Star Rita Ora

rita-ora.jpg

Now that J. Cole is out the gate, Roc Nation’s Rita Ora goes up to bat. The 20-year-old singer introduces herself to the world in her new video diary series, promising to show the good, bad, and ugly. Ora, who moved from Kosovo to England at a young age, takes us to the Notting Hill area of London where she frequents and to the studio as she records her debut.

“Rita’s been hiding for too long, this is now time to show you all why I’m on Roc Nation,” says the blonde bombshell, who’s been working on her album with heavy-hitters including Drake, The-Dream, Tricky Stewart, and Stargate. Listen to her song “R.I.P.” in the background.

If you want to hear more, Rita is taking requests. She will sing a suggested topic each week as part of her ongoing “Lullaby” series.
