This is true, but Y2J needs a Rumble win in his career at some point! I'm happy either way, hoping Sheamus gets this.
All the other garbage like announcers entering was worth it because the final 2 is great!

Because WWE have done nothing with Sheamus up to this PPV so it's out of the blue. Jericho should have won to set-up the feud with Punk.
Not to mention I can't take Sheamus that seriously anymore after he was beaten by Hornswoggle in a Battle Royal.
I saw the dollar signs in a heartbeat sir.
Let's face it peeps, Jericho/Punk is going to happen no matter what, this was the better way to go AND it elevates the future, not the past.
Kudos to WWE for making the right decision tonight.
